We may collect father account information, including name and email; father profile information; child profiles entered by a father, including name, age, and relationship information; father and child assessment responses; weekly focuses and personalized recommendations; activities or conversations selected by the father; reflections or thoughts voluntarily entered in the app; Ask Father Forward conversation content; beta feedback and diagnostic information; and technical information such as device, app version, IP address, and service logs.

3. Information About Children

The app is operated by adults. Children do not create or operate their own accounts. Information about children is supplied by a father or responsible adult for the purpose of tailoring the father’s experience.

4. How Information Is Used

Father Forward uses information to operate and improve the website and beta app, personalize the father’s experience, provide support, communicate about beta access and updates, protect the service, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

5. AI-Assisted Coaching

AI-assisted personalized coaching is optional and requires explicit consent. When enabled, relevant information may be processed by service providers used to produce a requested response. Where supported, users may withdraw AI consent through the available product process.

6. How Information Is Shared

Father Forward does not sell personal information. We may use service providers for hosting, authentication, data storage, AI processing, email, analytics, and application operations. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.

Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for operating the service, complying with law, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements.
