These Terms apply to the Father Forward marketing website and invitation-only beta app. The service is beta software and may change, experience interruptions, or contain defects.

2. Educational Guidance Only

Father Forward provides general educational and relationship guidance. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, crisis, or emergency advice. When immediate or specialized help is needed, contact emergency services or an appropriate qualified professional.

3. AI-Assisted Responses

AI-generated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate and require the father’s judgment. AI-assisted coaching is optional and should not replace a father’s responsibility, professional advice, or emergency support.

4. Your Responsibilities

The father or responsible adult is responsible for information entered about children and for using the service appropriately. Do not use Father Forward for unlawful, abusive, exploitative, or harmful purposes.

5. Access and Termination

Father Forward may restrict or terminate access for misuse, to protect the service, or as the beta evolves. Users may delete accounts according to the available product process.

6. Beta Feedback

Feedback submitted during the beta may be used to improve Father Forward without creating an obligation to the user.

7. Intellectual Property

Father Forward and its content, branding, software, and designs are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Do not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or misuse the service except as allowed by law.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Father Forward is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Father Forward disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
